Pierre Bouree Cotes du Nuits Villages is another excellent example of traditional Pinot Noir from Bernard Vallet - the wine is light and elegant in colour with a characteristic strawberry Pinot perfume. Tannins are light with the real structure in this wine coming from the acidity. Vibrant and mouthwatering red fruit and high toast French oak gives the wine complexity and great potential to evolve over the next 5 years.
