With a backbone of Malbec, wild tang of Syrah for spice and the soft fruity notes of Viognier. This is serious red looking for a serious meal; venison or roast beef. Cosmo Red a mystical, juicy, velvety textured red wine.
Grown without the use of herbicide, insecticide, systemic fungicide or soluble fertilizer. This wine has been bottled without filtration and minimal sulphur dioxide usage. A harmless deposit may form.Keep another bottle handy! Fined with natural egg whites therefore suitable for consumption by vegetarians.
