The palate is clean and crisp with a delicious citrus acidity making it perfect to serve as an aperetif. 20% reserve wine is used in the De Venoge Cordon Bleu NV blend to add richness and depth, plus the wine is left for 3 months after disgorgement to allow for its components to marry, resulting in a perfectly integrated and rounded champagne.
