Delicate salmon pink in colour with strawberry and red fruit characters on the nose. A soft mousse in the mouth, elegant and restrained red fruit and a bitter twist on the finish make this a serious rose with real character. Contrary to most other cuvées produced by De Venoge, the rosé should not be cellared over a long period but drunk young.
A perfect aperitif served on a sunny day or poured over red berry fruits. De Venoge Rosé Brut is always made with lower pressure to give finer bubbles, making it subtle match for adventurous seafood dishes such as stewed lobster in truffled seafood cream.
