Dark red in colour with a rich ruby hue, this wine exudes complex aromas of raspberries and cherries, stewed fruits and spice with a touch of coffee grounds and tobacco. The palate is rich and luscious with generous fleshy fruit and spice, with white pepper and well integrated vanillin and chocolate oak, soft tannins and a long fruit driven finish. This seamless Barossan Shiraz is ideal for everyday drinking, and an excellent accompaniment to a large range of foods, including chargrilled steaks and casseroles through to hearty fish and chicken dishes.
