A wine of superb balance, combining the complexity of Shiraz fruit flavours and an attractive cracked yeast character from the secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Black red in colour with tinges of brick at the rim, promising rich concentrated flavours. It has a fine bead and excellent mousse. The bouquet shows dark plums, dusty chocolate with delightful yeast.
