Romain Bouchard Chablis is produced from a small, single vineyard on a steep, chalky slope in the Vallee du Grand Bois on the right bank of the River Serein. Facing South/South-West, the vines benefit from the suns rays from morning till evening. They are carefully cultivated without the use of any chemical products. The grapes are healthy, ripe and always picked by hand. The Chablis is then vinified and matured on its fine lees for twelve months in calm and cool cellars. This rare Chablis has a good aging potential and has a beautiful flinty, mineral flavour and a long finish.
