The colour is a pale straw yellow with bubbles which are exceptionally fine and abundant and form a delicate mousse. The delicate nose is reminiscent of a mixture of flinty aromas and toast, followed by fine and light essences of wood echoed by subtle notes of brioche and vanilla. The first impression on the palate is fresh and smooth, followed by a refined mid-palate with dominant mellow, creamy, fruity flavours of pink grapefruit and white peach.
