Figueros Four Months in Barrel has a dark red colour with blue reflections, confirming the wines youth, an intense robe for a bright wine. The nose displays intense aromas of wood fruits such as blackberries and blueberries, all integrated with fine oak notes and an elegant touch of liquorice. There is a strong, balanced mouth feel, showing good structure and a rounded wine, with hints of berries on the palate and a persistent, lingering finish. An absolute bargain from the Ribera del Duero.
