The Tohu Sauvignon Blanc is a single vineyard blend of selected parcels of fruit from the Awatere vineyard. Fresh and vibrant it has classic aromas fo gooseberries, tomato stalk and lemongrass. The palate is rich and complex with concentrated flavours of passionfruit, herbs and a mineral backbone leading to a flavour filled, long, finish.

Tried the TOHU Sauv. Blanc. in a restaurant at £22.00 per bottle. It has a clean, fresh taste, with a slight sparkle. Absolutely beautiful and better at £8.99 per bottle (for 6)
