Our best selling Australian Shiraz,rich, ruby red with highlights of deep, vibrant purples. Aromas of plum, nutmeg, coffee and dark chocolate all combine to form an exciting varietal bouquet. Oak derived nuances of toasted nuts, liquorice and cedar linger. Fruit flavours of ripe berries, cinnamon and blackcurrant intermingle with oak characters of coffee, mocha and creamy vanillin to give a full, rich and ripe palate. The tannins are fine and lingering, offering extreme length and flavour persistence. Great with light red meat dishes or a cheese platter. Absolutely gorgeous!
