Night Star London Dry Gin is the World Martini Day 2022 limited edition spirit.
Inspired by the 1953 James Bond - Casino Royale passage on the Vesper Martini (Vesper meaning Evening Star); Night Star has 15 botanicals led by Serbian juniper (the casino's fictional location).
This intense gin was distilled from both grape and grain (as in the Martini) on the 13th April and bottled at 53% ABV as a nod to the books publication date.
It's as if we redistilled a Vesper Martini into an intense gin...for you to enjoy in a Vesper Martini.
Base: grape and organic grain
Botanicals: Serbian juniper (chopped & whole), coriander seed, angelica & orris root, cinchona and oak bark, bergamot, orange, lemon, jasmine, apricot, rye & oats.
