A fresh and vibrant rosé from the Pays d’Oc created by Thierry Boudinaud for Canned Wine Co. Our rose was harvested at night and cool fermented, helping to define its attractive fruit character. This is a rosé with soft aromas of clementine, red apple and butterscotch. On the palate the wine is silky with puckering pink grapefruit acidity, warm
pepper spice and juicy orange citrus over a heart of freshly pressed wild strawberries. The finish is long and fresh with a hint of saline minerality.
