Seresin Estate 'Leah' Pinot Noir

Named after Michael Seresin's daughter the 2017 Leah Pinot is an elegant and understated style with a succulent fruit core.  Grapes were hand-picked, completely destemmed, naturally fermented with wild yeast and plunged by hand daily before a long post-ferment maceration.  The wine was aged in French oak barriques 10% new, for 15 months and bottled unfined and lightly filtered.
