Starting with a delicious Sparkling from Spain, Bohigas Reserva Cava is one of my favourite wines of 2025. Then we have a diverse and interesting mixture of classic, amazing value for money whites and reds including a beautiful Pinot Noir from Australia, a Pinot Gris from New Zealand and a stunning Negroamaro from Southern Italy.
To finish the evening off we have selected a fantastic Reserve Port from Fonseca and a beautiful dessert wine from Northern Italy.
