Really lovely, bright, floral notes with delicate hints of peach skin. Lightly warmed berry fruit, very approachable with a hint of white pepper and crisp watermelon. A splendid Rosé.
Founded in 1952, this is the favoured Provence Rosé of Liz Gabbay MW.
Bought by Marcel and Gilberte Paquette it is still in family hands with 3rd generation Jerome Paquette running the estate. Originally called Domaine de Curebeasse, the name was changed to Chateau Paquette in 2013 to celebrate 60 years of the family ownership.
