Incorporating the historic Cantina Valle Dell'Asso, the estate was founded in 2014 in the province of Lecce. Under the leadership of Pierantonio Fiorentino, a visionary entrepreneur in renewable energy and bio-sustainability, the winery is dedicated to protecting its environment and produces a diverse range of certified organic wines.
