Rum

Rum is an alcoholic drink made from fermenting sugar cane or molasses then distillation of the liquid. There are different styles of rum, dark, spiced and white and various levels of ageing. Older rums take on colour from the oak barrel. An important industry in the Caribbean and other countries that grow sugar cane. Cheers also produce their own Spiced Rum called Mor Ladron (Pirates in Welsh) which is aged on the Gower and then spiced before bottling.  It is part of our ever growing range of Welsh rums.
