Description

Cherry red with violet hues, clean and bright in appearance. On the nose, it shows aromas of red fruit (blackberry and raspberry), liquorice, and spicy and mineral notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, balanced, with a long and persistent finish, smooth tannins, and notes of chocolate and toffee.

The Vineyard

Dry red wine obtained from the fermentation of organically
grown Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The harvest is carried out
manually, after which the grapes are destemmed and fermented
in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve
the full fruity character and extract softer, less aggressive
tannins.
Once alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are complete, the
wine undergoes protein and tartaric stabilization through
specific treatments. The Cabernet Sauvignon blend is then
defined to create the final cuvée, followed by filtration, oak
barrel aging, and finally bottling.
