This Cava presents a fine pale yellow color with bubbles that form a persistent crown. It is fresh, with scents of white fruits like apples and pears on a bed of citric rind and white flowers. The aging process
gives it a mildly sliced bouquet with notes of cinnamon and baked biscuits. It is a structured sparkling wine, with a well-balanced acidity from beginning to finish. The bubbles bring it a certain creaminess and volume to the wine, extending its aromas outward. Its
balanced finish harmonizes that acidity with a slight hint of sugar on the tongue.
