Campillot’s Merlot is planted in high densities on a mix of clay and clay-limestone soils, while its Cabernet Sauvignon is set on sand and gravel. Merlot brings roundness and ripeness, Cabernet Sauvignon lends elegance, and dashes of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc bring it all together.
