A deep ruby red, almost garnet in colour. The nose is discreet and refined, opening with aromas of blackberry, cassis and black cherry, accompanied by subtle notes of mushrooms and spice. 

More black fruits on the palate, along with subtle leather and vegetal notes . This is a round and harmonious wine, the tannins are fine with beautiful persistence. 

Serve with duck fillet, lamb stew or chanterelle mushrooms.
