Velvety, almond-scented olive oil that perfectly represents the Protected Designation of Origin (DOP) region of Northern Alentejo.
Description
Clear and shiny green in colour. Fruity aromas of recently cut hay and Lucerne, with green-almonds and artichoke reminiscences. Subtle and soft flavour, but with the strength and the taste of the olive itself. Made from 100% Arbequina Olives.
Extra vigin olive oil made exclusively with the fruits of their olive trees located in their own estate. This oil is taken out by means of mechanical procedures in thermal condidtions that don't cause any alteration on the final product. That's why it is extremely important that the fruit's health is perfect and the correct milling in the mill.
