Domaine Evremond launched at Westminster Abbey in 2015, making English Sparkling Wine history.A
unique partnership between Champagne Taittinger and their British friends, Hatch Mansfield, this marked the first time that a Champagne house had invested in the United Kingdom with the ambition of producing a
top quality sparkling wine. It is an endeavour bonded by history, friendship and collaboration, with authenticity and a sense of place at its heart.

Kent, ‘The Garden of England’ is the spiritual home of Taittinger. Their long history with the county and its perfect combination of chalky soil, similar to Champagne, and climate provided the foundation of
place. The quintessentially beautiful village of Chilham, close to Canterbury, its home.

The Classic Cuvée expresses the heart and soul of Domaine Evremond. The Kentish terroir, with its chalky soils and oceanic influence, is expressed through the wine’s minerality and precision. Situated in an area of
outstanding natural beauty the winery, along with the Cellar Door, is located at the heart of the estate.

Designed by a leading French architect and built by an expert UK team, it is a true example of collaboration in the spirit of Domaine Evremond. Built with
sustainability at the fore, the majority of the sympathetically designed winery is subterranean and provides a natural gravity-led winemaking process. The design allows an uncompromising approach to quality
winemaking.
