The Vineyard
This steep, southwest-facing slope is situated next to the more famous Wehlener Sonnenuhr. It has a particularly deep blue slate soil that combines Bernkastel's power with Wehlen's elegance. The wines are quite forceful when young, showing their true greatness after some years of maturation in the cellar.

We've tasted this:
Perfumed, floral aromas. Dry and clean on the palate with beautifully balanced fruit, acidity and length. Absolutely stunning.
