Description
Cinsault grapes are harvested from selected sites in the heart of the Languedoc, between the Black Mountains and the Canal du Midi. It is here some of the most outstanding Cinsault is grown and crafted to display purity of fruit and a distinctive 'goût de terroir'.
A beautifully pale, summer‑ready dry rosé, offering delicate notes of strawberry and wild raspberry. Bright, refreshing and lifted by mouth‑watering acidity, it delivers effortless charm and a crisp, elegant finish.

The Vineyard
The grapes are checked throughout August, in order to choose the right day to harvest. Post- harvest, the grapes undergo skin-contact
maceration to extract soft pink colour from the skin. The juice, is
collected after a delicate pressing and fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel.
