Description
Vanishing Point is a technical exploration of dryness. By using specific enzymes, we allow the yeast to chew through almost all the sugars, bringing the residual sweetness close to zero. This extreme dryness acts as the counter balance to the 5.9% ABV and malt character, rather than traditional bitterness. It is a crisp, dry, and sparkling experience that marks our premiere of this Extra Pale style.
