A beautifully matured Penderyn that demonstrates the purity and vibrancy of its spirit, even after two decades. The 2nd-fill ex-bourbon cask allows the distillery character — fruit, creaminess, and finesse — to shine, with subtle oak providing depth rather than dominance.
Nose: Delicate yet layered; honey, vanilla, and tropical fruit — apricot, pear and green apple — with hints of coconut cream and light oak spice.
Palate: Silky and refined. Layers of honeyed malt, citrus zest, and gentle spice. Notes of vanilla cream, mango, and soft oak tannin add depth and balance.
Finish: Long and elegant with lingering honey, apple peel. Soft oak spice fade into a delicate vanilla and citrus echo.
