Description

Patiently aged in port barrels in the cool conditions of the cave, this Gin whispers with Dan Yr Ogof's history. Starting high in the peaks of the Brecon Beacons, the water rich in raw minerals from the rock is hand-collected from a source deep within the caves to enhance the final flavour of this gin.

Cask aging produces a complex, smooth and rounded blend of floral and citrus, balanced by the mineral rich cave water, followed by hints of vanilla and red fruits from the port casks maturing in the historic Dan Yr Ogof caves. This limited edition gin is matured in cask and cave for six months, don’t miss out.

Our journey begins in the hills of the Beacons, where we all grew up, using native botanicals in our gins, we then trace the path of the water, deep within Dan Yr Ogof Cave. Here, we hand-collect this mineral-rich cave water, transforming it to a spirit like no other.
