Blending well-loved Merlot with the flagship Romanian grape Feteasca
Neagra, only the free run juice was used for this wine' 15 days of
controlled temperature fermentation before the wine was clarified and
naturally cold stabilised by storage in outside tanks during the winter.
Lightly filtered and then directly bottled while fresh.

Deep pink with purple touches in appearance, it shows intense notes
of strawberry and cranberry on the nose. The palate is packed with
crisp, fresh fruit; cherry, raspberry and strawberry. Crunchy acidity
for a refreshing finish. Try with light and creamy pasta dishes, Thai
red curry with tiger prawns, or with summer barbequed fish.

The Cramele Recas Estate uses simple viticulture philosophy; to apply
the absolute best production methods to every single wine and to
enhance and preserve the natural quality of the grapes very year. Their
vineyards are a combination of evolved plantings from 1447 and much more
recent plantings, and with new technologies, they constantly challenge
themselves to push innovations and approach winemaking with an open
mind.
