Pale pink color with golden salmon tinks. The nice and fresh acidity gives to this wine elegancy.
Pure expression of the terroir of Château Pas du Cerf, the Audace Rosé is part of the restricted circle of the most sought-after Rosés from the Provence. Between the maritime aromas and the great forest, the Audace Rosé stands out by its exceptional minerality as well as by the purity, which gives it a truly rare character. The quality here is at the maximum with only the best selection of free-run juices, no pressing of the grapes! Aging in stainless steel vats then in oak barrels for 2 months.
Pale pink in colour with salmon and gold reflections. The nose exudes beautiful aromatic complexity around seductive aromas of exotic fruits tied together with a fresh minerality due to its terroir. On the palate, the wine is round and charming, the notes of exotic fruits blend perfectly with the freshness of the wine for a truly elegant result and a beautiful, lasting finish. This really is a high class Provence Rosé.

Food pairing, This gastronomic rose matches very well with delicate Mediterranean dishes like an urchin "brouillade", a bouillabaisse. A roasted devilfish with herbs or veal chops with a spicy tropical salsa dressing. Test also with a fillet of sole served with a slice of foie gras.
