Owner of the magical Provence Château Pas Du Cerf, the The Gualtieri family continues the family tradition which has seen eight generations of winegrowers succeed one another since 1848. Today, Geneviève, Patrick and their three daughters run this estate with passion. One of the daughters is Diane and she is also the winemaker of this Cuvée.

The Diane Rosé reflects both the ardor and energy of the deer as well as the elegant femininity of a wine of character. Fresh, fine, delicate and feminine, revealing beautiful fresh fruit and a mineral touch. In your mouth a supple and silky wine, perfectly underlined by a light acidity. Intense aromas of grapefruit and fresh fruit give this precise and caressing wine a superb finish.

The Vineyard

This wine is composed of 90% Grenache, with 5% Mourvèdre and 5% of the local Tibouren grape variety.

Six hours of maceration on the skins allows this wine to keep its beautifully pale pink colour while extracting aromatic complexity.

Real concentration on the palate and a complex minerality are contributed by the schist soils of the La Londe subzone of Provence.

Château Pas du Cerf has been in the Gualtieri family for generations, and is now run by three sisters Aurore, Diane and Marion.
