Gower Wassail Gin or Jin Gwasael y Gwyr is based on the traditional Gower Wassail song.
Wasailling was a tradition to promote a good apple harvest.
The bottle has 2 sides, the Welsh side shows wassailers singing in old Gower and the Wassailing cup, the other side shows modern Gower with surfers, beach huts, driftwood, Mumbles Lighthouse and lobsters!
The botanicals are apples, elderberries, damsons and spices. It is an Old Tom Gin which means it is old style, sligtly sweetned style of Gin very popular in the 18th century.
