The spicy background gives the wine a wonderful elegance and freshness, amongst floral notes which can also be found. Rustic, but seductive with a slighly balsamic finish.
Tasted with Javi and Victor, the winemakers, in Spain. Beautiful bright red fruit flavours with a cranberry tartness on the finish that is extremely moreish.
