This sparkling Prosecco is bright straw yellow in colour with a fine and persistent perlage. It has an intense, fruity and fragrant bouquet, with delicious flavours of pear and green apple. It is fresh and pleasant on the palate.
Pomona was the Roman goddess of fruitful abundance, typically
illustrated carrying a cornucopia, and associated with the flourishing of fruit trees and orchards. The name Pomona comes from the Latin word ‘pomum’, meaning fruit.
Ideal as an aperitif, it is a perfect combination to sushi, fish and shellfish.
