Chateau Moujan La Clape
This Biodynamic red is made with 70% Syrah, 25% Cinsault, 5% Carignan, grown on the La Clape hillsides in southwest France, where all the grapes are harvested by hand. Matured in either oak or stainless steel, the final blend offers a thrilling taste experience of deep cherry and blackcurrant, green pepper and herb and a mouth watering acidity. A characterful wine that really shines, and is a total pleasure to sip and enjoy. Excellent.
